Vice President:Joe TetzlaffMr. Tetzlaff has been a real estate broker since 2001 and has successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions. He specializes in institutional clients, REO transactions, and residential investment properties.
Mr. Tetzlaff has received numerous awards including; RE/MAX Hall of Fame for over $1 million in earned commissions, recipient of the IL Assoc. of REALTORS Lifetime Rudy Award recipient (highest production award given by the state which requires 3 years of producing $25 million &/or 80+ transactions per year), and a 2013 honoree of the Springfield Business Journal Forty under 40.
Mr. Tetzlaff holds the following designations: GRI, CNE, licensed managing broker in IL, RPAC Major Investor and numerous other designations and certifications.
Secretary: Trina DunbarTrina Dunbar is a realtor at Keller Williams Capital, prior to that, she was a Section 8 caseworker for the Springfield Housing Authority, and Trina is a 2010 Graduate of Benedictine University at Springfield with a B.A. in Psychology. She is currently working on her personal Real Estate portfolio.
Treasurer: Tony NudoBecame a real estate investor and landlord in 1983 at the age of 21 when I bought my first house contract for deed. Worked in the construction industry and as a Realtor. Joined the Springfield Area Landlord Association in 1995. Became a full time professional Landlord in 1999. Have been the Sala Treasurer since 2009. My partner is my wife Barb. We started building our single family home based real estate portfolio while raising our 3 children in order to increase our income stream and fortify our retirement. We have bought all of our real estate investment properties with no money down.
